CB Insights: Japans' SoftBank Group has largest list of unicorn companies in India

As per the CB Insights data, there are 18 unicorns in India & the SoftBank group has the largest list of unicorn companies in India, followed by Tiger Global & Tencent. Unicorns are companies that enjoy a private valuation of $1 billion & above. SoftBank has 7 Indian unicorns whereas Tiger Global & Tencent have 3 each. In the global unicorn list of 344 companies in India, Tiger Global beats SoftBank with 42 unicorns.
