CAIT urges Piyush Goyal to mandate 'country of origin' info on all products sold online

Trader's body CAIT has launched a campaign for a boycott of Chinese goods and urged minister Piyush Goyal to mandate every e-commerce portal to state 'country of origin' on all the products sold at their platforms. Most of the e-commerce platforms sell Chinese goods, which the consumers are not aware of. CAIT has also requested political parties to support appeals in favour of the campaign to boycott Chinese goods.
