In its first major post-Brexit agreement, Britain is going to sign a trade deal with Japan on Friday at a ceremony in Tokyo. The deal is largely similar to the existing EU-Japan arrangement and will include sectors from food to textiles and tech. The deal is expected to boost the trade between the two nations by £15.2 billion. The agreement will come into force from January 1, after Japan's parliament ratifies it.
