A free trade deal has been signed between Britain and Singapore. The deal comes amid Britain's attempt to end its transition out of the European Union on December 31. Britain's secretary of state of international trade Liz Truss and Singapore's trade minister Chan Chun Sing were present at a ceremony where the deal was signed. The deal is similar to the trade deal between EU and several Southeast Asian nations.
