BMW says it sold 500,000 electric cars & the group live-tweeted the milestone that appears to mock at Elon Musk. Musk had earlier sent a series of tweets about his orders on cybertruck. BMW started tweets with a series of numbers 499,820 and ended on 500,000. It said that this equates to 1 every 4 minutes. BMW Group currently offers 12 electric vehicles & wants half of its vehicle sold in Europe to be electrified by 2030.
