Apple becomes world's biggest smartphone, more than 90 million iPhones sold

The current quarter has been financially great for Apple. According to data from IDC, the firm has become the world’s biggest seller as Huawei's smartphone sales have plummeted. Apple shipped as many as 90.1 million phones in the quarter that marked a 22 percent surge. Apple now holds 23.4 percent of the global market share. It is the first instance when the revenue of Apple breached the $100 billion mark.
