Anish Shah to replace Pawan Goenka as Mahindra's MD and CEO

Mahindra and Mahindra has announced that Anish Shah will replace Pawan Goenka as Mahindra's Managing Director and CEO. Shah, who is currently the president for strategy at Mahindra Group, will transition into the role of the group’s chief financial officer (CFO) and deputy managing director from 1 April 2020. Pawan Goenka, 65, will retire after 1 April 2021 after completing four years and five months.
