Angel tax exemption given to 541 startups

DPIIT secretary Ramesh Abhishek has shared an update on Twitter to express how the department of promotion has granted Angel tax exemption to 541 startups to increase investment flows. He also said that they received 36 incomplete applications and they worked on those applications to rectify the problems. DPIIT was also working on the definition that they are going to submit to the finance ministry for approval.
