Amrapali Group CMD and 2 others be arrested by Delhi police as directed by SC

The Supreme Court on Thursday granted the Delhi police the permission to arrest the Amrapali group CMD Anil Sharma and 2 directors- Shiv Priya and Ajay Kumar in a criminal case. The court also ordered to attach their personal properties. Allowing the Economic Offence Wing of Delhi Police, the apex court said that they never stopped any agency from arresting them. The 3 are currently under the custody of UP Police.
