Among top 10 cars sold in India, 8 belongs to Maruti, 2 to Hyundai

8 of Maruti Suzuki's models have been featured in the SIAM's ten best-selling passenger vehicles list in May 2019. Swift was the best selling model with 17,039 units up followed by Alto with sales of 16,394 units. Dzire, Baleno and WagonR were positioned 3rd, 4th and 5th respectively. Hyundai is the only other company to be featured in the list with their SUV Creta at 7th and premium hatchback Elite i20 in 8th spot.
