Amazon's digital assistant Alexa can now speak Hindi too

The E-commerce giant Amazon launched an updated version of its digital assistant 'Alexa' on Wednesday in New Delhi. Alexa was launched two years ago in India, but it could only speak in English then. Amazon is looking to add multi-lingual features to Alexa in the coming time to enhance user interaction. “The adoption of Alexa in India has been phenomenal,” said Rohit Prasad, VP and Head Scientist, Alexa AI, Amazon.
