According to some reports, U.S. wireless carrier Verizon Communications and e-retail giant Amazon are likely to invest $4 billion for a stake in India's Vodafone Idea Ltd. The shares of Vodafone rose by 10% after the report. The key announcement comes a day after the Supreme Court in its order gave the telecom firms 10 years to settle government dues. Vodafone is yet to respond to the queries related to the investment.
