How much time would you spend preparing for your retirement? Well, Alibaba's founder Jack Ma retired last month but he prepared for this step for 10 years. He recently revealed that his exit was a plan he had in mind for more than a decade. He first got the idea of retiring in 2004 when a venture capitalist told him he wasn't qualified as CEO. But it was in 2009, during the company's 10th anniversary, his planning began.
