Alibaba group has revealed that Alibaba cloud has handled 5.44 lakh orders per second during the 24-hour “11.11 global shopping festival”. Alibaba has recorded $38.4 billion gross merchandise volume. Alibaba is the first company in the world to run all core business systems on its own public cloud platform. The technologies that have handled the huge volumes of sales are available to all Alibaba cloud customers.
