1/3rd of the Indian companies froze salary hikes: Report

Around 36% of companies have decided to freeze in salary hikes to manage their costs, recently revealed by the Korn Ferry report. For over a month, businesses and economic activities have come to a near halt due to the Coronavirus crisis and the companies have started taking measures to stay afloat in the market. 18% of organizations have delayed salary increases while 23% of organizations have suspended the promotion increase.
