1 crore more beneficiaries to be covered under Ujjwala Scheme: Finance Minister

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced the expansion of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala scheme during her budget speech. Sitharaman said 1 crore more beneficiaries will be covered under the scheme. She also announced the addition of 11 more districts to the city gas distribution network in the next three years. Apart from this, Sitharaman also announced a pipeline project for Jammu and Kashmir.
