Uber focuses on safety features, rolls 3 new safety features in order to improve its service in India. The features are an intervention from Uber when there is a long unplanned stop in a ride, and the introduction of a 4-digit authentication code to ensure a passenger is getting in the right cab. It is also going to allow riders and drivers to record their entire trip if they feel uncomfortable and send it to company.
