Tata Nexon EV unveiled in India; launch in early 2020

The fully electric Tata Nexon EV has been unveiled in India. It’s the first of the new-generation electric vehicles to use new Ziptron electric powertrain technology. The car will be launched in January 2020. Pre-bookings at select dealerships will start from December 20 for an amount of ₹ 21,000. The Tata Nexon EV will be costlier than its petrol/diesel counterparts with a likely price between ₹ 15 lakh-₹ 17 lakh.
