Nissan gets patent for wireless charging technology for EVs in India

The Japanese automaker, Nissan has received a patent for its wireless charging technology for electric vehicles in India. This will help the vehicle to get charged without connecting with a charging device by simply parking it on a designated spot just like charging an electric toothbrush or shaver, the company said. When the vehicle will be parked, the power feeding coil will be positioned below the power receiving coil.
