Maruti Suzuki cars best at fuel consumption and CO2 emission, Toyota Kirloskar worst

According to the latest fuel consumption compliance report, Maruti Suzuki cars are the most efficient with a CO2 emission of 109.5 gram per km and with fuel consumption of 5liters for a distance of 100km. Toyota Kirloskar has the highest amount of CO2 emission (160.7gm/km). The data is based on M1 category vehicles that are used as a carriage for passengers, comprising of 8 seats in addition to the driver's seat.
