Mahindra & Mahindra opens India's first all-women run automobile service in Jaipur

Mahindra and Mahindra has announced India's first all women-run automobile service workshop in Jaipur. The company has taken up an initiative called 'Pink Collars' to promote women empowerment and this is part of that initiative. It will be powered by a team of 9 women and the workshop will cater to scheduled services. M&M officials have said that through this they are trying to create a gender-diverse workforce.
