Hyundai Motor Group has developed active shift control (ASC) transmission, that optimises transmission efficiency by monitoring gearshifts up to 500 times in 1 sec, for hybrid cars. It's a world-first ASC technology which is a remarkable innovation & they say the technology is ready for mass production. The gearshift timing is improved by 30%. The technology will not only save fuel but will provide a fun driving experience.
