Honda recalls 5,088 units to replace faulty Takata airbags

Honda Cars India has decided to recall 5,088 units of previous-generation Jazz, City, CR-V, Civic and Accord units in order to replace faulty Takata driver and passenger front airbags. It’s part of Honda's precautionary global recall campaign related to the airbags. Many car makers across the world have faced severe criticism for faulty airbags manufactured by Japanese automotive parts firm Takata Corporation.
