Hackers targeted the world's two largest carmakers BMW and Hyundai in an attempt to find trade secrets. BMW found the hackers quickly and according to an anonymous security expert, no sensitive data would have leaked out of BMW, the attackers wouldn't have breached the central data center in Munich. BMW declined to comment on the specific case. Hyundai too hasn't responded to requests for comments so far.
