BMW has launched the new S 1000 RR with a starting price of Rs 18.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The bookings have already started at company dealerships. The superbike is not just lighter in weight but also has a completely new chassis, suspension, lights, dashboard and design. Even the engine is new with BMW ShiftCam technology. It’s available in two colour - 'Racing Red' and 'Light White/ Lupin Blue Metallic/ Racing Red'.
