Audi CEO Rupert Stadler arrested in diesel-cheating probe

Rupert Stadler, the CEO of German carmaker Audi, has been taken into custody in connection with the emission scandal. The prosecutors investing the diesel scandal and Audi’s role in it, suspects that Stadler has tampered evidence and with that there’s a lot of doubts casting on the manager’s future now. Volkswagen has called a supervisory board meeting today where Stadler’s future will be discussed.
