Minister of State for Heavy Industries Krishan Pal Gurjar on Wednesday informed the Parliament that the government has taken note of the recent fire incidents involving electric vehicles (EVs). Replying to a question in the Lok Sabha, Gurjar said that an expert panel has been set up by the government to tackle safety-related issues of EVs.
