Uber has no Cab monitoring system, police verification of drivers: Noida Police files FIR

Noida Police has registered an FIR against Uber at the Bisrakh Police station under section 336 of the Indian Penal Code. It has come to the notice that Uber has hired drivers without any comprehensive enquiry about them. They have also been negligent on the cab monitoring system, proper police verification of its drivers. The police said such negligence by the company has endangered life and property of the people.
