Tihar Jail is safe for extradition: London High Court

In cricket-fixing case, Sanjeev Chawla was arrested and in judgement, the High Court of London said that the Tihar Jail in India is safe for extradition. The court said that there is no risk in keeping him there. This judgement came on Friday can affect the fugitive Vijay Mallya's extradition case. This is the third assurance the Indian government has given to London court regarding his treatment in the jail.
