This BJP Minister thinks Swachh Bharat means urinating in open

Many campaigns were started to teach people to keep their country clean. Indian PM himself took initiatives for this but people are not ready to learn. A BJP Minister, Shambu Singh Khatesaar, was captured urinating in open, near a poll rally in Ajmer. For defense, he said it's an old-age tradition and urinating in a crowded place is wrong. He said there was no urinal and he was busy since morning and justifies his deed.
