Secret study reveals more Black Money present within India than outside

PM Modi gave the shocking demonetization announcement on Nov 8, 2016, to remove the black money. But a secret report from the finance ministry done in 2014, revealed that 90 to 97% of the wealth or black money was present in India and not outside. Three different institutes were a part of the study and prepared this report in Dec 2014, which was well kept under wraps. The report gives startling details.
