SC says 'no' to Probe Into Rafale Deal

The Supreme Court today has said that there will be no investigation conducted in the Rafale deal. The court said that there is no need for investigation in the deal for 36 Rafale fighter jets. It also said that the pricing details of the deal will not be disclosed as it is highly confidential. Only if the judge thinks that these details should come in the public domain, the details will be disclosed.
