SC: Green crackers only for Delhi and TN can set 2-Hour for crackers

As the pollution continued rising it was required to take necessary steps and so the SC on Oct 23 ordered the whole country to burn crackers on Diwali just between 8-10 pm. The court later realized that the use of green crackers was only meant for the Delhi-NCR region and not pan-India. After hearing the plea, court allowed cities like Tamil Nadu and Puducherry to set their own 2-hours slot for crackers on Diwali.
