Russian President threatens: New missiles to point towards US if missiles are deployed in Europe

Vladimir Putin, the Russian President has threatened that Russia's new weapons would target the USA if it deploys missiles in Europe. He has loudly and clearly emphasized that Russia will only respond if the USA makes the first move. He also added that he would be forced to create & deploy various types of weapons that can be used against nations that pose 'direct threats'. Putin blamed the US for violating INF treaty terms.
