Russia launched the world's first nuclear floating reactor, despite environmentalists naming the decision as 'Chernobyl on Ice.' Loaded with a nuclear field, the Akademik Lomonosov had left the Arctic port of Murmansk to begin its 5,000 KM voyage to Pevek in northeastern Siberia. People have long warned of the dangers of the project, which can affect humanity if something does not go according to plan in the voyage.
