Ravi Shastri to increase Yo-Yo test passing mark to 17

Right now India follow the internationally accepted yo-yo test to measure the fitness of a cricketer. Players have to periodically score 16.1 in the test to be eligible for national team selection. But, according to a report, under Ravi Shastri’s new reign, the minimum qualification mark will increase up to 17. Shastri will soon set up an exhaustive meeting with all the stakeholders to discuss the matter.
