Pak says: 'question of consular access inappropriate at this point' when Jadhav's case pending in ICJ

Pakistans considers India's demand for consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav is not appropriate at this point as the case is pending in ICJ. Pak further asks response from India on Jadhav's passport who was sentenced in Pak military court on charges of espionage & terrorism. Pak claims to have arrested Jadhav from Iran whereas India claims that Jadhav was in Iran for his business interests after retirement from Navy.
