No more hard copy of driving licence needed, go with electrical one

With the agenda of going digital, the government have made it official to use the electronic copy of Registration certificate and driving license instead of carrying the hard copy of these 2 important documents with them. Those who don't want to carry the physical copies can go with the digital ones now. The new rule has come under section 139 of the Central Motor Vehicles Act of 1989. But a simple scan copy won't work.
