The decision taken by the Sri Lankan parliament can affect president Maithripala Sirisena's confidence. The members of parliament on Wednesday have passed a no-confidence motion against the govt headed by PM Mahinda Rajapaksa, who the president appointed. It was the first parliamentary meeting after the PM Ranil Wickremesinghe was sacked by Sirisena. SL is going of a tough time after its parliament dissolved.
