Manikarnika shooting halted, over 1.5 crore yet to be paid to workers

Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi is set to release on January 25 next year. The shooting of the film is done and currently, the post-production work is on. Few of the scenes from the film were being shot at Filmcity in suburban Mumbai. But the workers have stopped the work as they have not got their dues yet. Nearly 1.5 crore of the amount is yet to be paid to employees, Federation of Western India Cine Employees said.
