Maharashtra road transportation suffers damage of Rs. 50 crore within 10 days

The Maharashtra State Road Transportation Corporation (MSTRC) has suffered a massive loss of Rs.50 crore within 10 days due to the furious floods, a report stated. The rainfall caused extreme flooding situations across various parts of the state, which affected the state transport services to a large extent. The floods had also damaged MSRTC properties which saw over 55,000 trips being cancelled in the State.
