Lok Sabha Elections 2019: All-Women Poll Booths for the first time in Delhi

As a part of women empowerment, Delhi's chief electoral officer Ranbir Singh plans several booths to be staffed only by females in NCR areas for the 1st time. The purpose of manning some polling booths completely by women is to showcase their abilities & improve their participation in elections. The entire staff will be women - presiding officers, polling officers, security personnel & micro observers.
