Lack of evidence leads to acquittal of 21 cops in Sohrabuddin Shaikh case

Stating the reason to be the lack of evidence, a special CBI court has acquitted all 22 accused in the Sohrabuddin Shaikh encounter case of 2005. Maximum of them were policemen. the special CBI judge SJ Sharma said that the evidences provided in the court were not satisfactory and also circumstantial evidences were not substantial to prove the murder. 210 witnesses were brought to the court but that wasn't enough.
