Just scan QR code and pay water and electricity bill

NDMC has collaborated with Axis Bank and SignCatch and has launched "smart bill pay" initiative. They have made "smiley fridge magnets" for the digital payment of utility bills for its consumers. The magnet is not some usual one but it will be having a unique QR Code mapped to their consumer account number. For both electricity and water bills, magnets will be different. One just has to scan code on magnet to pay bills.
