During an event at New Delhi Institute of Management, Former PM Dr Manmohan Singh, who was present as a chief guest, congratulates the young students. Without leaving any chance to target Modi govt he said “The jobless growth sipping into job-loss growth and their attempts to create additional jobs in the industrial sector has also failed. The economy has also suffered due to demonetisation and a slipshod introduction of GST.
