Japan's Olympics Minister Yoshitaka Sakurada Apologizes for being 3 minutes late

The Japanese Olympics Minister Yoshitaka Sakurada has been forced to give a public apology for being late to the parliamentary meeting. Sakurada who also works as the cyber-security minister received criticism last year on confessing that he never used a computer. Just last week, he received another blowback from the public, when he expressed his disappointment on the potential swimmer Rikako Ikee's diagnosis with leukaemia.
