It's no more World T20 championship, ICC changes it to T20 WC

On Friday, ICC has come up with the decision of renaming World Twenty20 championship to T20 World Cup. The council said that this change in name will enhance the event's profile and make sure that its status matches the level of ODIs and Test Formats. ICC has also approved its decision to give all T20s, within its Members, an international status. After this, it initiated a regional qualification method for its members.
