India's Tier 2 & 3 Cities, the most visited: Accounts for 60% growth in domestic travel

The most visited were Tier II & III cities in India last year as per the report based on Paytm travel bookings. Paytm's travel business witnesses a 4 times rise in its customer base from 9 million last year to 13 million this year. Paytm competes with other online travel booking firms like MakeMyTrip, Yatra, Cleartrip, GoIbibo. India's online travel booking market is expected to grow by $13.6 billion by 2021.
