As per Brand Finance’s annual Nation Brands 2018 report, India rank falls for the 2nd consecutive year in the most valuable nation brands list. India ranks 9th in the list globally which is topped by the US with a brand value of $25,899 bn. The total national brand value of India increased to $2,159 bn in 2018 from $2,046 bn in 2016. The list is based on a nation's brand strength, royalty rate, revenues, valuation.
