India A beat West Indies A by 8 wickets on Sunday to win the 5-match unofficial ODI series 4-1. Chasing 237, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Shubman Gill gave a quick-fire start putting up a partnership of 110 runs in 11.3 overs. Then Shreyas Iyer along with Gaikwad stitched a 112-run stand, both scoring fifties. Gaikwad (99) was dismissed, but Iyer and captain Manish Pandey ensured India A’s victory with 17 overs to spare.
